I am the type of person that worries easily. My monkey mind takes over and turns me into a puddle. Letting things in your life worry you can be frustrating and brings on a feeling of stagnancy and helplessness for me.
My Beloved man created a powerful statement for me to remember and tacked it on the fridge as a daily reminder. It helps me so much, I thought I’d share it with you.
Don’t be a worrier, be a warrior!
This helps me shift my feelings of frustration and worry into strength and courage to break through my stagnancy into a place of action. It helps me remember that there are things I can’t control and worrying does not help or change them. The things I do have control over, I can take action on and make immediate changes.
Being a Warrior to me means understanding your strength, whether its accepting what is happening in the moment, or having the courage to change things and take action when necessary. It means deciding to create a life that you love every day. It means trusting that even on those low days there is something happening to move you forward into the next place. It means you are not stuck, you are exactly where you need to be and headed in the right direction.
