The Key to Life

It has struck me that the key to life is movement. If something stops moving, energy gets trapped and it causes problems.

Think of it: If your heart were to stop moving you would stop. If food stops moving through your body, disease can happen. If emotions are not expressed, they cause triggers and emotional trauma. If thoughts stop, you get into repetitive thinking or writers block.

Notice your breath, the constant movement of your chest. Notice how every day is a different day, even if it closely resembles the last one. Remember that you are continually growing and changing, even if it feels that nothing has changed. Let yourself become aware of the constant movement in your life and how that makes you alive.

Pause for a moment to notice if anything is feeling stuck in your life. Think of ways you can get the flow and movement happening again. Movement works in all areas of life and can kick start other areas too.

Having a blocked thought process? Go move your body to get the thoughts going again.

Feeling tired or low energy? Drink some water or go do something that excites you.

Keep movement happening in your life.
